Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, 1998 - ★★★★
Hey look! It's a movie review from Letterboxd

The yellow, my god the yellow. Would it have killed Ritchie to adjust the white balance a bit? This film would make a terrible in-store demo. Being artsy, I get, but there is a limit.

That aside, this is a clever little crime caper. Vinnie Jones and Jason Statham both make their mass-market debuts in this film. They are both always great in the role of "English person", and even in a movie filled with English people they manage to pull off their parts convincingly.

Overall a good film. Recommended if you like thugs, cockney, crime, guns, illegal poker, marijuana or Sting.
