That is gnarly. Watching hockey on TV is always pretty cool because there is a high likelihood that someone is going to get in a fight, or lose a limb or something. I don't know if its quite as cool in real life though...I'm just glad thats not me out there, I'd probably break my crazy neck.

Nothing going on out here in the suburbs. tara and I spent the day puttering around the house. We're like an old married couple already...its disgusting. At least we have Orion to keep us on our toes. He is maturing in to a well behaved young-man (dog, whatever). He's not quite there yet, but I can tell he will be soon. He is getting a lot better about meeting new people, and his manners are really improving. Now if only we could teach him wipe his feet before he comes in the house...

Some points to remember [about animals]:

(1) Don't go to sleep under big animals, e.g., elephants, rhinoceri, hippopotamuses;

(2) Don't put animals with sharp teeth or poisonous fangs down the front of your clothes;

(3) Don't pat certain animals, e.g., crocodiles and scorpions or dogs you have just kicked.
