My car rolled over 100,000 miles this last weekend on my day trip down to L.A. I had noticed a couple weeks before that this big event was approaching and I thought it might be cool to pull over and take a picture at whatever spot I happened to be at. Of course I was totally oblivious when it actually happened so I missed my chance. I guess I'll have to wait for the 200k mark.

Meanwhile, as I was driving back I spotted a hearse with a bumper sticker that read "The heartbeat of America stops here". That's a dig at Chevy's slogan, usually spotted on Ford or Dodge cars. On a hearse though it kinda takes on a whole new meaning, don't you think? I wish I had been able to get a picture of that.
